Billing questions
Members, plan changes, VAT, and where your workspace data is stored.
What counts as a member we pay for?
Only active members. A member you restrict or deactivate stops counting from that moment, and their history stays intact for when you bring them back.
What happens when a Free workspace reaches ten members?
Nothing breaks. You keep every member and everything you have already recorded. Adding an eleventh active member is what asks you to upgrade.
How does changing plans work mid-cycle?
Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated for the rest of the period. Downgrades apply at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep what you bought.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are in USD and exclude VAT. Business customers in the EU with a valid VAT number are handled under the reverse charge at checkout.
Where is our data stored?
In the region you choose when you create the workspace, either the EU or the US. That choice is permanent for that workspace. Sign-in and identity data is handled separately and described in the Privacy Policy.
